“I got there and the lady wasnt at the front desk. I had to call a number and about 5 minutes later she showed up. The elevator didnt work because of the shifting of the ground so I had to take all my luggage up the stairs and nobody asked if I needed help. Plus the stair area was pretty scary, dont go alone if youre a woman. There was also a sign that the hot water wasnt working. Every shower I took was freezing!!! I couldnt even wash my hair!!
