“Mixed review for us. The check in process has many flaws, very disorganized. The link we were sent didn’t work so we didn’t receive any info before arrival despite having sent several messages and no replies. Thankfully there was a friendly staff member to help us when we arrived, however our room still wasn’t ready for an hour and a half after check in time and we didn’t receive the door code or room number until that time. The room itself was nice and clean.”

“Beautiful property, but maintenance could be a little bit better. Disappointed in the quality of the sofa hide a bed. Very uncomfortable. When Expedia said there would be two beds. I was not expecting one to be a high a bit. Other than that, the apartment was gorgeous. Ready access to the wrath Trevor Beach was a bonus. Said that the main dining room was closed. I’ve been there before when it was open.”

“Great ocean view! Ground floor unit was spacious and clean. Unfortunately could hear every step from the people in the unit above us. Our time was shoulder season so only hot tub and steam room were available.”

“It was ok. I was'nt "blown away"; However, the resturant was pretty good. The rooms were clean, a bit dated and spartan, but ok. Balcony is a good size, this is a plus. Gym was decent, grounds were good. I would'nt say I won't ever come back, but it's not compelling me to go out of my way to.”
