“This was a last minute stop along our route. The receptionist was pleasant and made sure to place us in a quiet room, without my asking. She was very thoughtful as we needed a good nights rest.”

“No lamps, only a flourscent light on the wall above the bed. No place to hang clothes, no coffee pot. Carpet very dirty and cob webs on every corner. Reserved a non smoking room, but the room smelled like cigarette smoke and there was NOT a no smoking sign on our door like the room numbers higher then ours.”

“I was there Thursday through Sunday. Room was clean, front desk very friendly, but breakfast was not monitored very well. Hot items not refilled, one morning not any fresh fruit, twice no hot water for tea and three out of four coffees were empty. No one wiping down tables. You had to actively look for help, no one was ever coming out and checking surroundings”

“Very disappointed that our king suite room came stocked with the usual 4 wash cloths and 4 hand towels and ONLY 2 large towels. We checked in on Friday and thought the room would have been made up while we were gone Saturday and towels would at least be replenished. When we returned to room we saw no one had come so I called the front desk and was told rooms do not get made up every day, which fine they should have told us that upon checking the day before. She also told me if I needed towels...

“I’ve stayed in many hotels in the Lexington area over the last 25 years and this hotel was one of the best. Our room had two very comfortable queen beds with a separate sitting area with an L shaped couch. Despite being across from the elevator, I did not hear it and slept well. Very clean room with clean towels. I love that the vanity was outside the shower/toilet so that one person can be getting ready while another showered. The closet was large enough to hang clothes, as I prefer to do....

“Facility was nice, bed and pillows were completely uncomfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. It was a last minute hotel stay for the night so we were expecting much. But if you are looking for a comfortable bed or somewhat decent pillows, not the place.”

“Very good location for the expressway and restaurants nearby. Staff is very nice and hotel was clean. Surprisingly comfortable bed was a plus, slept great! Seeing I travel quite a bit and leave early. I only wished they would change the quiet time around hotel sooner than 10pm, group (workers in area staying at hotel) outside our bedroom window grilling and talking and laughing at 9:30pm. People should be more respectful of others but other than that I would highly recommend staying here”
