“Omg where do I start! This hotel is amazing. So clean so friendly. The staff are amazing. Nothing is too much. I brought my partner here to propose to her. There is a beautiful little cabin that they decorate and you can add stuff like chocolate covered strawberries, which are to die for. Also added a bottle of Prosecco which is in an ice bucket and placed just before the time you agree to use it from. “Fantastic stay definitely recommend, had a great time for my girlfriends birthday they sorted a bouquet of flowers out for me, upgraded our room to the bowness suite a unforgettable stay, staff were very friendly , spa lovely and relaxing and afternoon was perfect in cocktail bar overlooking Windermere , can’t wait to book again ”

“Everything was very good....the room was lovely...the girls working the evening shift were really, really good.....and my dinner was truly excellent.... My only complaint is the music that was playing in the evening.....as much as I love AC/DC, I think something softer would be more appreciated by the folk having dinner and drinks.
