“Staying at Cedar Manor was a dream. The room was clean, cozy with enough space for our needs. Coffee & tea corner with mini refrigerator too. The most comfortable beds of any other hotel! Breakfast was excellent and even customized for my pescatarian son. The grounds are impeccably and beautifully kept. Can’t wait to go back next year.”

“Fantastic central location in Bowness - an abundance of shops and restaurants are on the doorstep, and the jetty is a just a short walk away. The allocated parking is a huge benefit. The garden outside the property is absolutely stunning, and the room was spacious, spotless, comfortable and full of charming character (the Puddle-Ducks theme was a lovely touch). The morning breakfast hamper with breads, fruit, yogurt, and juice was really nice too. Highly recommended”

“We can't recommend Storrs Gate House enough, such a good break away here. Susann and Glenn are amazing hosts, such friendly, lovely people. Breakfasts were incredible and definitely set you up for the day, we are missing those breakfasts! The house is so beautiful, our room was perfect, plenty of space and beautifully decorated. Our celebratory time away was made all the more special staying at Storrs Gate, we would definitely like to stay here again, thank you for such a lovely stay.”

“For the price not what we were expecting, much smaller than the photos led to believe, smell of damp, grout in shower news mildew remover also overflow in sink needs toothbrush it was black , found rubbish and 5p under the bed. Also was told we could park outside and we received a parking ticket.”
