“I had a great time here. Great location you're very close train station and where most buses go. It's about 20 minutes walk down to Bowness. Both Michelle and Christopher very frendly. I would recommend this guest house. Lots of bars and restraunts near by as well. ”

Fantastic room and tea,coffee making facilities in the beautiful ensuite rooms with a great big bay window and comfortable king size bed and delicious cooked breakfast. “For the price not what we were expecting, much smaller than the photos led to believe, smell of damp, grout in shower news mildew remover also overflow in sink needs toothbrush it was black , found rubbish and 5p under the bed. Also was told we could park outside and we received a parking ticket.”
