“The parking was problematic as some had parked a petrol car in the charging bay, which they did move on request. The room was cold as someone had left the window open. The room and hallway smelt of smoking and generally was very old. The bedding was clean and fresh and the bud was comfy. There was no hot water in the morning until I went to reception and asked about it and was told just run the water. The towel rail was broken with electric cable hanging off. “Awful- Given a key to the wrong room. No hot water The plugs in the sink and bath leaked so we could not even boil the kettle to have a warm wash Room really dated- pillows like wafers. Had to ask for an extra towel - only one in the room.”
