We had a look for help at the property but could not find anyone on two separate occasions; we were also astounded to discover that the accommodation was in the middle of a wedding venue and NOT the wedding we were attending. “Yes it was terrible. On arrival, they changed our room several times. There was no heating and no warm water. we complained to the management and was told we would get a refund but nothing was done. We didn't go the 2nd night and we still didn't get anything. Reported to expedia, was told they would look into it but it's been weeks now and no feedback. It's so sad because I have had multiple unpleasant experience with expedia and only just returned. But I guess they've not changed neither have...

“Advertised as 2 king size bedrooms abut 1 double and 1 extremely small twin, hardly any room. Kitchen and lounge great, bathroom needs an update. ”

“Breakfast food was very nice although coffee was poor. Lots of flies in the spa bar area so had to take my drink to the lounge. Abundance of dust on the bedside cabinet shelf. Staff were helpful. ”

“Overall if you are a dirtbag climber and just in sheffield for a quick trip this place totally gets the job done. Our biggest issues were that there was no shower curtain so the bathroom flooded when anyone showered, none of the bathrooms had soap, and overall just super limited amenities. Also the trash out front was absolutely overflowing and was all over the yard. Honestly would stay again in a pinch, just would come with lower expectations.”

“When we arrived, the lady at the reception was very polite and pleasant. However, in the morning when we were leaving, the staff were quite unfriendly and rude. Later, when we contacted the hotel to explain what had happened, they tried to accuse us of having three people stay in a double room. We were honestly surprised, because it was the hotel that checked the three of us into a room with two beds in the first place, but we chose not to raise this issue at the time.”
