“Easy check in”

“We made a reservation around 9 PM on Saturday the 22nd and it was accepted and booked for that night. We made the reservation through Expedia. We arrived at the Wintergarden Inn in Crystal City TX around 10 PM. The office was closed so we called the Inn's after hours phone number but no one answered. I let the phone ring at least 20 times, if not more before hanging up. Needless to say, there was no recording that came on, so I could not leave a message. We were exhausted as we drove for many...

“Although it says resort it is actually a man camp. Towels smelled like mildew and office was closed when I was going to ask for replacements. We didn't get much sleep due to the loud noises and arguing outside. We will not return.”

“Clean room every day, good air condition”

“This was a last-minute booking & overall it worked out well for what we needed. The room had all the basic amenities, but nothing extra or standout beyond that. The bed was comfortable & check-in was quick & easy, which we appreciated. Parking was also very convenient - we were able to park right in front of our room. “Staff is always attentive and accommodating to my needs. The facility is dated but rooms always clean and bed comfortable. As a single woman, I'm always given a room close to the office which makes me feel safe. Price is very fair for the accommodation. I recommend it for an overnight stay.”
