“I was happy with the room for the price. However The tv remote hardly worked. There were just 4 x teabags for two day stay, and just enough long life milk for just 2 x cuppas. No biscuits etc. Just the very basics. Staff at check it couldn't tell me about what amenities they had.”

“Buffet breakfast was great. Room was kinda clean but there were holes in wall that they did not even try to cover or patch up. Outdoor pool looked decent but it was raining. All staff were amazing. Parking was the best; gated parking and more than enough spots.”

“The staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful & genuinely welcoming which made our stay enjoyable. The room was a lot bigger than we expected which was great! Only small things to note were that the ceiling light shades were a bit dusty and some minor mould build up in the top room ceiling which may need to be looked into. These didn’t take away from an otherwise positive experience. Thanks again for having us! ”

“The room was great, overlooking the pool, and very sunny. The deck was very large. The room itself did show signs of wear and tear though. The hot water tap was broken and it took about 4 days to get a plumber in to fix it. Otherwise very happy with the place”

“Our stay was a bit disappointing. We stayed 2 nights for my birthday weekend, there was no housekeeping which i found odd. The room was ok but nothing special. For the price we paid at almost 500 per night, I expected a lot more. I would suggest at this price point daily housekeeping should be standard as well as parking be included and even breakfast. Our shower wasn’t clean and when you sit on the toilet and look straight at the eye level at the sink all you see is a line of mould between the...
