“Gina is a super host. She was available to answer our queries about local walks, eating places. Elm tree farm is a quaint and delightful b&b, with many 17C period features The veiws are picturesque and the area is quiet and peaceful.Breakfast was delicious with locally sourced sausage, bacon and eggs with an array of Ginas homemade jams and marmalades. Motorbike parking was safe and off road. A pleasure to stay.Highly recommend and will return if in the area again.”

“Finding the entrance (you'd think it would be the front door) was tricky and I had to show a copy of my receipt upon check-in (seemed odd) so I feared the worst. In fact the room was lovely and warm on a very cold day, clean, had a desk and fast wi-fi. The takeaway next door was also convenient. Car parking was free and off road. So despite the weirdness of the check-in everything was fine and great value for money if you just need a no-frills overnight stay.”
