“Hotel pulito, un po' rumoroso (aria condizionata + pavimenti scricchiolanti,). Posizione davvero in mezzo al nulla ma vicino all'autostrada. Consiglio solo se si é di passaggio. Colazione buona.”

“Comfy room, generous towels. Arrived late Friday evening, no bother getting a table in the pub downstairs for food- they don't take table reservations, so I wasn't at a disadvantage. Good wide choice on the menu and attentive service. There was a nightwatchman for after hours- what a treasure! He showed me how to access once the pub was closed, helped me empty the bags from the car and carried them to our room all with a friendly, nothing was too much trouble approach. A real asset to the Old...

“I didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment, but it looked fresh. Had a coffee but was luke warm, could not be warmed up as it was from a machine. Staff super helpful when I requested to move to a bigger room. Manager was very helpful too. The only thing that let the hotel down is that the walls and floors could be thicker, a family that were staying seemed to let their children run free, up and down the corridors! Was annoying. Could not hear the traffic noise at all. Aircon was nice....

“A lovely welcome, quick and simple check-in. Plenty of free parking outside each room. Clean room, excellent powerful shower, comfy bed with fresh linen. Quick service in the restaurant, full & varird menu and attentive staff. Comprehensive breakfast with tasty, well-cooked food. Well recommended! ”

“Non lontano dalle stazioni dei treni e dei bus, dal centro, cattedrale, castle, musei, Flass vale, Wharthon park, Aykley Heads, river Wear. Dopo la consegna delle chiavi della stanza e la scelta dell'orario della colazione, per evitare l'affollamento, parte la vostra vacanza. Pulizia e distanziamento sociale garantiti. Non è comunque epoca per accessi assicurati a musei o monumenti. Tanti i percorsi a piedi o in bicicletta, se ne siete forniti. Il luogo è tranquillo e piacevole.”

“Camera: molto bella e caratteristica (la mansarda) per via del letto sotto gli abbaini Bagno: non finestrato, ma bello ed elegante Personale: molto gentile e disponibile (oltre che paziente con chi come me litiga con la lingua ) Sala colazione /ristorante: molto bella, la colazione molto variegata. Cena al ristorante siamo stati bene. Aggiungo e concludo che dall’Hotel il centro è a due passi ”

“Standard room had view to back of building, so private and quiet. Not possible to adjust heating, so too stuffy at night. No fridge or biscuits in room. Bathroom had very good shower and lighting. Sufficient storage and hangers in room, but limited sockets and had to plug in kettle next to tv. Breakfast was good, but could do with more coffee machines. Parking reasonably priced and directly behind hotel. Swimming pool a big bonus, but the bins were full and needed emptying. I would stay here...

“Very basic hotel, requiring refurbishment. The main problem: they offer brekfast using a Gym structure 50-100m away out of the parking. This structure is not suitable for food and the breakfast is very poor and NOT cheap. Apart from this, there is no agreement with the hotel and you have to sign a book each time you enter. Sure I'll NOT came back.”
