“The mini fridge wasn’t deep cleaned and the room could use an airing out between guests. There’s a bit of a musty smell. All the bedroom & bathroom windows open and, once aired, the smell goes away. But the bedrooms & bathroom were very clean. Beautiful bedding, drapery, & furniture. The largest 2-room suite I’ve seen. A entrance/sitting room with desk & end chair. “Amazing place!! So accommodating! The rooms are super clean and very quiet. You cannot hear other guests. Breakfast is free and good. They even did a complementary wine tasting at night. My only complaint is the trundle bed was super squeaky so whenever I moved it woke people up. But other than that the place is wonderful and I would stay again.”

“Everything was lovely. Great owners. Be aware that Salem does not allow for inns to cook full breakfasts for guests. If you are allergic to or sensitive to cats, be aware that the owners have several cats.”

“Daniels House Inn is a beautiful home with lots of history and character. We stayed in the Great Room and loved it. The room had a very comfy king-sized adjustable bed that was great after long days of walking the town! The property is very close to all of the shops and attractions in Salem. We always try to find accommodations with history and this home has tons of antiques and other interesting historical documents and such. Would stay here again if we ever make it back to Salem!”
