“Wonderful hotel. We had the Suite Kids Ocean and it was a dream for our 2 children. Lounge access was included until 9 p.m. Beautiful infinity pool available at the top floor with sea view. Highly recommended. ”

“Ich war zu früh an der Unterkunft um problemlos einchecken zu können. Eigentlich wollte ich dann nur meinen Koffer abstellen, um mich in der Umgebung frei bewegen zu können. Die Tatsache, dass keine der Anwesenden Mitarbeiter englisch spricht, machte dies aber nicht so einfach. Plötzlich konnte ich dann aber doch schon frühzeitig mein Zimmer beziehen :)”

“가족여행으로 이용했는데 아기가 너무 좋아했어요^^ 장난감도 많고, 토퍼도 푹신하고 사장님도 친절했어요 다만, 복층이라 신경을 써야되요ㅠㅠ 혼자 내려오다가 굴렀네요ㅠㅠㅠ 그 부분만 조심하면 맘에 들었어요~ 객실에도 장난감이 많아서 따로 키즈카페는 이용 안했구요~ 독채라 더 좋았네요^^”

“Do not book here. This is a motel, not a hotel. If you are a solo traveler like me, I am letting you know. The place is not clean. The staff is okay, but finding the place is a struggle. The place smells bad. There are some yellowish stains on the bed. It looks like the wall has something as well. This made me feel so uncomfortable. It was not a nice experience.”

“세련되지않지만 편안한 숙소였습니다. 중문도 가까워서 근처 걸어서 다닐만해요. 쓰레기통은 매일 비워주시는데 청소서비스는 따로 없는 것 같았습니다. 다음에 주변에 방문할 일이 생기면 또 갈 듯 합니다 바로 옆에 슈퍼마켓도 있어요”

“Lotte City Hotel is one of the better hotels in the area and located close to airport. I got lucky and got a free upgrade on my room booking to ocean view so that was a very pleasant surprise. Amenties and room were very nice and clean. Staff very friendly. Would stay again next time visiting Jeju”
