“New and very beautiful hotel right at the entrance of the park. Wonderful view of the park from the room. One note: we were not allowed a late check-out, even though we had requested it in advance and there was availability in the hotel”

Non era a buffet, il menù a la carte era molto limitato ed inoltre erroneamente ci hanno fatto pagare la colazione del secondo giorno per 4 persone. 2) la piscina non era completamente aperta. 3) procedure di check out e pagamento poco trasparenti”

“Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questo hotel è stata deludente. La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: le lenzuola non erano fresche e la camera non è stata né rifatta né pulita la mattina seguente. Inoltre, i letti non erano king size come indicato nella descrizione, ma di dimensioni più piccole e poco confortevoli. “good balance price and quality”

“Property was fine. We had an accessable room. It seemed a bit rundown but was totally fine. There was no free breakfast or anything so we didn't really try anything else at the hotel. It was a good stay overall and good location to Universal. ”

“Hotel nuovissimo, camera bella. Bella piscina e hall spaziosa, c’è una caffetteria e un piccolo market. Trasporti per i parchi Universal veramente efficienti e comodi, ingresso anticipato ai parchi universal incluso. ”

“Hotel abbastanza datato, camere spaziose ma vecchiotte e maleodoranti. La pulizia decisamente da migliorare, le lenzuola sembravano già usate e le moquette a pavimento sono lerce. Colazione discreta ma è priva di servizio (devi anche sparecchiare a fine pasto). E' ottima la posizione sulla International Drive sia per chi va a divertirsi nei parchi o per chi, come nel mio caso, era li per lavoro (6 minuti di macchina da Orange County Convention Center).”

“Booked a room on Hotels.com, my bill was higher as they don't tell you at check in there is a daily parking fee. I asked for my receipt and they said Hotels would send me one. Shady practice and left a bad taste. Other than that eh.....”

“The property is huge and is not accommodating for you unless you plan to rent a vehicle we didn’t rent one so we needed assistance being transported throughout the property at times it would take up to 30 minutes to get the golf carts to pick us up ”
