“it was honestly so cute and it gave fairytale . for what i paid and got a whole cottage thats furnished is honestly a great deal. i usually book hotels. But Staying here definitely was worth.”

“Room "looked" clean, but I saw 2 cockroaches as soon as I turned on the bathroom light. Then, there was another one when I pulled back the bed covers under the covers. Then later on I saw 2 more crawling up the wall behind the TV. They definitely need to bomb for them. Chair smelled like dog. Probably need to shampoo both the rug and the chair. Breakfast was good tho. And it was cheap. But I won't be back. ”

“Had no issues, other than I found some gross hairballs stuck to a couple of my towels. I know mistakes happen, so this isn’t a big deal. Otherwise, A grade stay. Staff wise, there was a certain morning crew person on breakfast was a little rude, but she could have had a bad morning. There was also a very pleasant gentleman that offset this. Overall, I had a good stay and will be staying here again on my next trip.”

“Everything you need, clean and comfortable beds, microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was very good, love having fresh food and also biscuits and sausage/bacon and eggs plenty for all. Very convenient if you like to stay around the Biltmore Estate and Art district. ”

“We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. All the staff was very friendly and really focused on our needs. It truly seemed like their goal was to make us happy and our stay memorable. Our room was spacious and clean. The following morning we had a hearty and delicious breakfast with home cooked favorites such as scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and many more. All in all a very nice stay.”

“Room was clean, staff was adequately helpful. Hallway smelled like urine, exposed wires were hanging from a missing light fixture. I think mediocre was the target and they nailed it. ”

“Easy yo find and literally within a mile of the gate of Biltmore Estate. The hotel was clean and nice and staff very friendly. Decent choice of breakfast items. Room was clean and comfortable. iticky items were towels were a bit stiff, not as soft as expected, and TP was an inferior quality expected at this price point. All in all a very good choice for a quiet and comfortable stay!”
