“Brand new property, everything was smelling nice and clean. Will definitely stay here again.”

“It was clean. It was well located within the city even if it is beside the highway. It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. I really should have just left. There is no elevator, no laundry, no coffee machine in the room. Items were not necessarily cleaned and I found old fruit in a bowl left...

“Hilton didn’t spend much on this new Spark. It was extremely ‘minimalistic’, no drawers, no towel bars, we had no lotion in our room. It looked like there was a ‘bracket’ for it next to the soap, the toilet paper was VERY thin & we had 3 tissues in our tissue box. The bed was comfortable & linens were nice. The Staff were OK”

“The shower drain was very slow to drain, patched holes left unpainted in the room, and the hot tub was listed as an amenity but was roped off and unable to use. The property was convenient to downtown Asheville and the 2 bedroom suite was a great layout.”

“The location is wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are cute and set up well. That being said our room was dirty. The beds looked like they’ve been slept in. The toilet was dirty in the front and around the floor. The floor in the washroom was sticky. If one looked at the glass around the shower dirty. We couldn’t find the remote for the tv. When we moved the roll away ottoman/seat there it was on the floor along with dried up food and crumb! The pillows were uncomfortable...

“Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Offering suggestions about where to eat, asking us if we needed anything additional to make our stay comfortable. We had come in from the Biltmore estate and upon arriving to our room noticed that it was definitely older and had a fair amount of wear and tear. The wallpaper was peeling and the pull out sofa bed had definitely been past its prime for use. The room was very clean though so that made up for everything...
