“This hotel is in the process of a renovation. I wish this was told to me before I reserved the room. There was no ice machine. I get it you’re renovating but when I was told that I could go to “WaWa’s” at 10pm for ice! I didn’t have a car and WaWa’s was DOWN THE HILL, across the street. I didn’t sleep that night bet tried not to let it spoil my trip. We stayed another night because we got in late after our planned event. “We had checked into our room and unpacked only to discover within a few hours that the heat wasn’t working. It was a cold evening so we had to repack everything and move to the room next door. We had a lot of stuff with us plus our cat and it was a pain in the neck. We were exhausted from driving 9 hours that day. I asked the staff member in the morning at the desk for a discount for our trouble and/or a senior discount, and she basically looked at me like I was being funny. Well, it wasn’t...

“Asked for a new comforter as ours had hard spots throughout bc it was so old. We were given two sheets. No extra pillows when we requested and breakfast wasn’t the greatest either. Staff was friendly and pool was nice though ”
