Our stay at the Western States inn was wonderful, the room was very clean with all items and facilities in good working order upon arrival and throughout our stay to departure. It was hot during our time in San Miguel, night and day, the air conditioning was great and ran well. “Beautiful historic hotel with lots of personality. Nice size bathroom and generous size room with a bathtub. Minor complaint is the pillows need to be refreshed. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. They have some gift items and tasty chocolate bars for sale. Easy to park right around the hotel.”

“The breakfast was very nice, the staff was excellent. We stayed four days. My husband and I have stayed many times before. However this visit the elevator was out the entire time. My husband and I both have physical disabilities, so getting to the third floor for breakfast was a real problem. I wish I would have checked or have been notified before our stay that the elevator was not working. In addition the ice machine was also out of order.☹️”
