“Clean room.”

“Very disappointing experience. My daughter almost slipped into the pool because the railing was loose, creating a serious safety hazard. We brought this to the hotel’s attention, but no refund or compensation was offered. There was also very limited seating by the pool, the hallways had a strong odor, and the location did not feel safe. Due to these concerns, we chose not to stay and left the property. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“Mary was charming,friendly and a gracious hostess with southern hospitality.A wonderful lady who we enjoyed talking to and who made us feel at home. Upon arrival,she greeted us with the most awesome homemade carrot cake. Breakfast the following morning was also homemade and delicious. Her home was charming,relaxing and beautifully decorated. “We stayed two nights at this property, it is not a hotel at all, it is rooms for stay. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. The first night we returned back, the front door to the building was wide open, we were scared to enter the building, and someone was parked in our designated space. I immediately contacted Expedia and they were not able to reach Norman....
