“While the room itself was clean, there were several issues that make this a bad stay. Both of the sheets were clean, but had some orange and red stains. The towels provided were tattered and had significant holes in them. The gap between the outside door and the floorboard was quite large, with nothing stopping bugs/mice from coming inside. I stayed in room 3, and I could hear whispers from room 2 like they were right next to me, so don’t expect any privacy. Finally, when we arrived we were told...

“Our room was really nice, extremely clean. However, hotel was at 100% capacity, and there was an extremely small amount of staff in the water park. Not enough food staff, bartenders, or lifeguards. Rides were shot down for 30-45 minute breaks for the lifeguards to rest. And for memorial day weekend, when tons of people are there, that was really unfortunate to see. Garbage cans were overflowing, and there was literally no where to find a seat; way too many people in the water park, most...

“Dilapidated exterior, passable but funky interior, seemed like low income apartment situation that i had to pay high price for. Evening it turned full party mode in parking lot and adjoining rooms. Walls are thin. Luckily people quieted down at some point and my kid and I got decent sleep…but it didn’t feel safe or standard for an expensive motel.”
