“Every staff member has been so kind and accommodating. Special shoutout to the gentlemen who handles the breakfast buffet in the morning. He was incredibly courteous and made sure everything was properly stocked. I let him know the coffee was out and he promptly brewed more and even brought me a fresh cup while I was waiting. Incredible service and attention to detail.”

“We noticed a very strong cigarette smell as soon as we entered the room — it was quite overwhelming. Unfortunately, my son was very tired and fell asleep immediately, so we didn’t request a room change. I had to sleep with the blanket over my head just to reduce the smell. There was also significant noise until around 11pm. I’m not sure if it was from construction or the elevator, but our room was right next to the elevator and the noise level was very disruptive. “Construction everywhere on our floor. Room was filled with construction dust. Super noisy starting at 6am. Valet staff was fantastic but front desk was curt/rude. All restaurants and food options in house were closed. Overall underwhelming and disappointing for the price I paid. ”
