Hotel a Worcester

“It was basic but rooms were large and staff was friendly. Room needs better, lighting and updating overall.”

“The front desk personnel we're excellent. We knew for the price, it wasn't going to be a great place but our power had gone out and we needed a place to stay. They Have a beautiful bathroom mirror with different light settings and everything but they're there wasn't one towel rack or hook in the bathroom to put a robe or shirt. I would think that's just a basic. One little trash basket in the bathroom but none throughout the whole room, Again you would think that's just a basic. The TV was huge...

“Room was clean! Only one elevator for entire building! The other was out of service. Lounge/bar area was clean! The pool was open but, we did not get in because the water was cloudy! The reason we booked was for the pool. So that was a disappointment! This is the second Hilton we stayed at in the area and I feel like these buildings are out dated and need some renovation! Staff that we encountered were nice and rooms although out dated were clean!”

“Room was clean, breakfast was a plus, however a lot of families checking in and the pool isn’t that big nor is anyone cleaning it. Nice place for a quick get away but consider the date if you’d like to swim in the pool, I went on 4th of July. It was pretty full, too many kids at once.”

“We had a great stay at the hotel. We have been theater members from when it opened until we moved out of the area two years ago. So nice to have a place to stay while back visiting. We ate at the restaurant at a bar booth- usually our favorite but while the food was good they seemed very rushed and short staffed with soup coming out cold and drinks delayed.”

“There is a smell of smoking in the non-smoking room. The toilet smells even worse. There is no water in the vending machines.”

“Horrific! Food sucks! Actually it's inedible. Everything they serve is atrocious. 4 out of 5 Washing machine broken. Carpet disgusting! Coming up in some areas throughout the building including in the room. Wet floor sign in same place for 3 days. To lazy to move. Front entrace unswept in MONTHS. ( Dried leaves behjnd planter so the time it was done last fairly obvious) Won't be back.”

“This is my second staff, all the staff are really nice and friendly. Room is clean no issues at all.”

“Upon checking in the hostess was very nice but failed to tell us that the elevator was out and you have to walk the steps. Stairwell was very hot due to no air condition. We had to walk to the fourth floor and on our way up to the room we ran into a man probably 60 to 70 years old walking down the steps and complaining that this had been the fifth time that the elevator had been out since Sunday. I felt really bad for the poor man. There’s no way that there’s only one elevator in this building...

“TV wasn't working the first two days”

“First time getting to stay at the Mainstay during Blobfest, perfectly placed to hit all the festivities! Room is smaller, but well equipped and clean. Notably, microwave and fridge in the room which is very useful. Super helpful folks working and we had a great non-eventful stay. We'll be back next year. Thanks!”
