“This is a lovely, clean hotel. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but otherwise a nice clean, safe place to stay. Centrally located, easy to walk places.”

“Hotel is very convenient to WPI and staff were very friendly. Rate was reasonable. We have stayed there before, but remember a better experience. The chair in our room was old and tattered. The ceiling had what appeared to be water damage and needed painting. The room was small. The refrigerator was so loud we unplugged it. The a/c was so loud we shut it off.”

“Parking. Busy crazy weekend for all the college graduations and literally no where to drop off luggage. All the temporary signed spots are filled with cars. Staff didn't care. Driving around and around trying to figure out how to get into the place.”

“My mom and I stayed here for two nights while we were in the area for the Brimfield Flea Market, and we had a wonderful experience. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable, and Heather is a great host. Both breakfasts were very nice. This is a great little bnb where we felt welcome and relaxed. We will definitely return the next time we go to the flea market!”

“The staff who greeted us at 11 pm after a long day were so kind and welcoming! They are a great addition to your staff! Everyone is so pleasant and we are very happy to visit anytime we have to be in the area. We’d Love to be there on May 29th for a graduation we must attend but you are all booked up and we can see why! ”

“Room was disgusting! Mold inside fridge, food inside dishwasher, blood on sheets, dirty tissue in pull out couch, cobwebs everywhere and black rings around the bathtub. The room has not been cleaned; probably ever. Parking lot has a huge sinkhole with no cones to prevent from falling or driving in. Drunk men preventing us from entering the back door and then shouting at our young children. Would never stay here”

“Hotel is clean and with large rooms. Breakfast not well organized, waiting time for coffee or food. Scrumbled eggs are not real eggs (but this is common in most of Hilton hotels) but some powdered ready material that is processed in microwave oven. ”
