“The room (although they could use updating) was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly ! The breakfast had some good choices though the cooked products sat too long. The parking was great! Our second night/3rd morning, had a lot of undesirable noise and commotion with billiards of young people who came to stay. Very unfortunate !!! ”

“The rooms looked totally barren. Bed was ok but not great. I ran the shower water for 10 minutes and it went from ice cold luke warm. They wanted a $100 cash deposit when I checked in. I’ve never seen that ever. It was refunded on check out. Location is next to a shut down sports bar”

Usciti al mattino al nostro rientro, era la sera del super ball, abbiamo trovato la camera non pulita e il bagno allagato. Sono scesa e la receptionist era sola e ci ha mandato un ragazzo. Bravissimo e disponibile ha compreso la nostra emergenza (rottura del rubinetto) e ci ha aiutato anche nel trasloco in un’altra camera. “Overall, I thought it was a really well ran hotel. The front staff were great. The room and hotel itself was clean. The breakfast was decent (only complaint would be lack of knowledge regarding allergies in hot foods such as: do the sausages have wheat?). With that said, one of the kitchen staff members was awesome trying to find answers for us, unfortunately, all of the food packaging was thrown away so they had no ingredients lists. The heating/cooling combined with a ceiling fan made it easy...

“This Fairfield Inn & Suites is ok. The shower takes a long time to deliver hot water, the breakfast is average, 1 of the 2 elevator was out of service, bathroom wall had paint and plaster marks on the wall. The bed was nice.”

“Love the pool and breakfast! The place is clean! I think the staff could be less standoffish, but maybe as you get closer to Boston that's what happens. My only complaint: don't put the chamomile tea and hot water away so early! Keep some hot water and chamomile tea out all night, it helps nervous travelers to relax. I also suggest getting UNSWEETENED Oat Milk for people who might have dairy sensitivities or have diabetes and cannot have sugar. Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised by this stay!...
