“The Hotel is a typical Holiday Inn, clean and simple…but what we didn’t like was the breakfast. No choice, for 4 days the pancake machine wasn’t usable for unknown reason.. This aspect must be improved. The pool need to be cleaned more ..”

“A little hidden and would have been difficult to locate without the use of GPS. Adequate parking, lobby close to elevators and a large lounge and dining area. The staff was very helpful , the breakfast was expensive. Good restaurants near by though.”

“You get what you pay for. Basic breakfast. My main complaint is the pillows had a horrible smell. They smelt dirty. It was hard to sleep.”

“I was a little disappointed when upon exiting the shower I opened a towel to find it yellow with brown steaks. I reported to the front desk upon leaving and she was very responsive. I have stayed many times with this company I hope this was just a mishap. I do enjoy everything about this hotel company.”

I accidentally left my Leather Coach jacket in the closet of my room and called the hotel twice to report it. “We had a handicapped suite with the no curb shower. The curtain needs to be a little longer as the shower sprayer went onto the floor.”

“From the moment I walked in, the vibes were off. The front desk staff did not greet me and acted as if I was being a burden by being there.
