“There were a few nice staff and a few very rude staff. We were promised and scheduled a shuttle to pick us up from the airport which never came so we then had to spend 60 USD dollars instead of 40 USD dollars which was stated on Expedia but when we got to the hotel, they actually told us it was gonna be $50 USD. “It was an amazing vacation however the food service was extremely slow multiple times . Breakfast would be finished and the drinks never showed up. That happen twice. You order a sandwich and it took 45-1 hour multiple times throughout the week .”
