“There was no breakfast available in the morning, and the room had no mugs or milk on arrival. Booked to stay here as it was convenient for the business I was attending in the area. The TV in the room could not get standard channels. The TV was not set up correctly. ”

“Room was clean and a good temperature. Loved that there was a bathmat hanging up in the bathroom. The grounds are lovely to walk around. Very quiet and peaceful. It was great sitting outside listening to the birds and water fountain late into the evening. Also eslasy to park and near the Yorkshire sculpture park. Which I definitely worth a visit.”

“A wonderful old steel baron's residence. There were halls of residence next door but I slept fine. A wonderful freshly cooked breakfast with quality ingredients.”
