“Overall it’s pleasant stay”

“Will not recommend for families. Not too many choices for breakfast. Got charged too much for additional people in the room that accomodates for 4 people.”

“The room was clean and well-appointed with complete amenities, however, the phone line was not working. We informed Housekeeping about this upon our return from touring, but the phone issue persisted throughout our three-day stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, and the hotel staff were truly exceptional.”

“Throughout our stay, the manager and staff were unable to assist the guests. We tried calling the manager several times, but she neither answered nor returned our calls. During our checkout, four staff members came to inspect the property before returning our deposit. The staff appeared unfriendly and rarely smiled, making the experience less welcoming. ”

“The hotel is just above the main bus station. Lots of bus with engine on for hours. In addition they suffer blackouts and have a suoer noisy generator. Internet very slow. Poor breakfast”

“We didn't expect that the toiletries will just be in sachet forms. For the price of the hotel at least they should be in little containers.”

“Decent hotel, however many details can be improved, such as the window curtain that lets a lot of light come in since early morning. The bedside table doesnt have an electric socket. Even worse all electric sockets are far away from the bed, so you cannot charge your mobile phone, and there is no lamp close to the bed. Dont think order a pizza at the bar, chose something else And try to avoid the rooms at 7th floor, since the noisy restaurant is just above”

“It's a bit old and the flush in the toilet is not in good condition , it's an old hotel , well maintained but need some remodeling especially in the bathroom. ”

“Great staff! The original Victorian ambience I had experienced in the past were not there anymore. Fair rating ! The were changes of art deco and furnishings, ongoing renovations and new management.”

“The place had a nice hot water and we love the rain shower head. Staff members were very nice. The building and location are excellent! I am giving it a three star because the unit we stayed in had a sewer smell coming from the bathroom and kitchen. Pillows have bad musty odor. Some of the coffee mugs had broken handles. TV only had one channel. The overall unit is good. We had a ver nice stay. ”

“Did not meet my expectations. Guest’s service agents had poor service, as well as kuya J restaurant staffs for ala cart. Service staffs during breakfast buffet was great and i mostly appreciate the house keeping staffs, they are more accommodating compared to the front staffs.”

“Stayed here for 4 nights during November and actually upgraded to a deluxe room because not all rooms have a/c. The room was massive for just one person but I barely used the a/c which is okay I didn’t mind the space. The breakfast at this hotel is really nice. It’s sort of a mix between Filipino and western options. Also I loved the location which was so conveniently located close to SM mall, secret garden restaurant which is right opposite the hotel and had great food/cute seating. The...
