“Great hotel very clean and attentive staff. Location on the beach was great. Not alot close by need to use car for restaurants etc.”

“Hair on ceiling of bathroom, all lights have rust on them, the smell of the room smelt like mildew, and the walls in the restroom look as if they have never been wiped down before. Positives: staffing was amazing”

“I finally didn't understand the $20 charge for breakfast when it was included in the reservation.”

“Showers barely worked. Censures were down. Restaurant was not open the entire time we were there. Room was not what was showing in pictures. Check in staff was very rude. Location is ok but not walkable to anything. Nowhere to eat over the bridge as every restaurant only seats about 20 ppl. ”

The first time we stayed the room was very clean this 2 time there was no body wash it was empty the girl that clean is Candace and the shower was dirty. They have great breakfast element is a very great place to stay have a very great living space. 10 out of 10.”

“We stayed for one night as we toured UNCW. It was very disappointing that there was a fee to park. We found that pretty outrageous, especially for Wilmington. We didn’t find the lady who checked us in to be very warm. The air was set to 68 and it was still extremely hot while we slept. There was a greasy handprint on the refrigerator door. Overall was just not impressed. We will not be staying there again. Also, I never leave negative reviews, so I hate to be leaving this one, but was pretty...
