“Room was dirty and not clean. Plus I couldn’t get my money back”

“The property was clean, and the staff was great, but the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers are at the end of the tub/shower where the contents can’t help but fall on the inside of the tub making it very slickly. I slipped and bruised my shin pretty bad while trying to get in the shower. So, be very careful when getting in the shower! “We will never stay here again. We arrived for a late check in on Friday evening and was NEVER informed before or during check in that the elevator was out. We are 70+ years old and our room was on the 3rd floor. The buffet was subpar at best with only one apple available. This was 8:30 am and the buffet ran until 10. “Awesome hotel!! Bed was very comfortable and the mini-kitchen was great. Location was nice. Staff was very professional. Just wish they served breakfast at the hotel. There was restaurants right next to the hotel which gave discounts when you showed your hotel key. Overall excellent hotel and would stay here again.”
