“Stayed here on a Saturday evening, all staff were amazing that we dealt with. I don’t know the persons name but there was a chap that served me some drinks at the bar to take up to the room and helped me choose what one to get for my boyfriend and was wonderful. He recommended when we came
Back down later asking if the choice was a good one ect. Room was amazing so comfy and specious plus lovely and clean and well designed. The little touches of just having cold

We would definitely stay here again if visiting Leicester.

“Room was lovely and clean. Small issue with shower, but quick resolved. Mattress a little firm but personal preference. Reception lady was very pleasant and helpful. No issues with parking. ”

"Nel complesso esperienza molto buona. Personale della reception accogliente e ha spiegato tutti i servizi principali in modo esaustivo. Camera piccola ma accogliente, con tutto l’essenziale e per una notte più che soddisfatta. Letto molto comodo. A pochi passi da castello, da diversi pub dove andare a cenare o a bere qualcosa. "3 nights family stay, the gym is small but well equipped, the location is gorgeous and the housekeeping was outstanding. Breakfast is very good but could improve in terms of variety. The restaurant has a limited menu and is the same of the bar. The service was very slow in general. Wifi was fast and very stable. Excellent value in general for the money ."
