“Hotel posizionato lungo la strada per le Niagara Falls ma troppo distante da loro. Molto poco pulito, lenzuola macchiate banco non pulito (sporcizia nei angoli e sopra il lavandino). Caffè già aperto. ”

“J'ai présentement des problèmes car en plus de Expédia ils m'ont chargé eux aussi l'hôtel et j'ai communiqué avec eux et ils disent que je suis resté 2 jours et c'est faux. En arrivant ils m'ont demandé ma carte de crédit en me disant que c'était pour la sécurité en cas que je brise quelque chose mais voilà que expédia m'a chargé $ $111.17 Canadien et eux $142.75 US ce qui donne $200.61 Canadien pour une nuit ce qui fait un total de $311.78 Canadien. Le pire dans tout cela c'est que ça fait...

“Un gioiello nel mezzo del nulla !!! Scendendo in macchina da Toronto verso New York abbiamo voluto fare una tappa defaticante ed abbiamo scelto al volo il primo hotel consigliato da Expedia nella zona in cui eravamo (Scranton). Siamo rimasti felicissimi per la qualità di questo hotel. Camere spaziose e pulite, bagno grande e comodo. Qualità del sonno eccellente. L'Hotel dispone di ristorante interno (ottimo) e di una piscina e vasca idromassaggio separata aperte al pubblico fino alle 22.00 !!!!...

“The hotel's facilities are basic, offering only the most essential amenities, which doesn't justify its price. The breakfast area is cramped and the food is simple. The four-story hotel only has one small elevator. I stayed two nights, but the hotel didn't automatically provide room cleaning or clean towels unless I requested them. However, its advantage is its convenient location with restaurants and supermarkets nearby.”

“This facility is located in a shopping complex with Area nearby. Quite a number of restaurants within walking distance (Chic-Fil-A, Chipotle, Outback, Texas Road House, etc.). It is close to highway (actually 1/2 of the rooms facing highway). Could be a little noisy in the early morning. The room is spacious and clean, the facility is clean and well maintained. The breakfast has limited variety, although adequate for the facility.”

“staff could smile more, and improve service- the door was unlocked and the cleaning stuffs was left in thw washroom when we arriveed the room。The room is extra large and breakfast is hot and good.”

“We stayed for the weekend. Had an easy check-in. We had one comfortable king bed, large clean room, nice bathroom. On Saturday we walked around Scranton for a total of 7 miles, so the hot tub was a welcomed amenity. The staff was very polite and professional. Morning continental breakfast was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back to Sparks by Hilton!”
