“Very bad. We had booked four nights, but as soon as we arrived (due to a canceled return flight), we asked to cancel the last night. No understanding. So we asked to exchange the cost of the last night we didn't stay for additional hotel services. No way. They said hotels.com and Expedia should take care of it, not them. Truly awful. Just as awful as hotels.com and Expedia. Two real disappointments. They didn't cover anything. A terrible experience.”

“Nice location, within walking distance to many attractions. Quiet lobby compared to the hotel side. But you get to share all the amenities. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. We had a 3- bedroom, 3 -bathroom suite. Very spacious and comfortable stay. We will book it again when visiting Xi’an next time.”
