“Check-in staff was unexperienced and couldn't find my reservation for quite some time. Had to seek help from other staff. So spent quite long at check-in. Otherwise in general the hotel is fine.”

“The hotel is an old rundown place. Air conditioner worked only at the room entrance area not in the room itself. Tiles in a shower were such that I could only step in wearing slippers. Breakfast had very little options and variety. Tables were old and didn’t look clean. 24/7 Gym which looked so nice on hotel account on Expedia had locked chain hanging on its doors. The space inside the gym was cramped with old furniture, mats and work out equipment. I didn’t dare to ask about swimming...

“This is a very clean and pleasant hotel. I greatly appreciated the fact that the room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. I also appreciated the laundry service. The staff are genuinely friendly, but the language barrier—particularly regarding English—makes communication difficult. The Wi-Fi connection, however, is very poor. “位置較偏遠，但對自駕遊的人士來說，非常之方便。停車場位置有充足的車位，在較前的位置也有充電位，非常友善。房間十分乾淨及大，對於新酒店來說，非常漂亮。但房間的空調需要跟進，我入住的那間房最低溫只能去到23度左右，整晚也不用蓋被。已向職員反映了，他們隨即說可換房間給我們，可惜即將check out, 故推掉了，但欣賞他們的即時跟進。此外，USB插頭不知為何整晚只能充20％電，建議酒店作出跟進及改善，避免其他住客也遇到這情況。”
