“Very clean, parking onsite, staff were very friendly and helpful. Due to having to leave very early every morning for a convention and we got breakfast with our package they allowed us to pack it in a container they provided.”

“Near the highway, noisy most the time and you can hear traffic through the windows - take earplugs. Otherwise does the job. I'd probably book the Holiday Inn express if you prefer less noise.”

“1 bed unit. stayed before - all really nice usually. Condition of building & housekeeping has deteriorated. House staff only able to do what they can - numbers have reduced noticeably. Housekeeping staff very helpful when problems arose. 1. had to move to 4 different rooms over 10 days 2. door closure broken - door slammed 3 Heat pump smelled like old socks when turned on 4 Hob fan would not turn off at all once cooking finished - so fan on all night! 5. When bath plug removed - water came up...

“Staff extremely obliging and attentive. Accommodation excellent. The 2 room apartment/home was a touch of luxury steeped in history! Sharon the manager went out of her way to make sure that birthday celebrations were effectively carried through! An enjoyable experience for our 3 night stay ”

“I did not expecting to get a broken bed. The matress was sinking beauses of the leg of the bed's base was broken. When i said to the receptionist they can't do anything about it because the house keeper's gone. It was terrible respond.”

“Really clean and comfortable room. Staff were very helpful. Good price and great location. I was staying by myself, but I felt really safe. The pub is a bit noisy, but that is to be expected and the noise died down before I went to bed. The nice communal area with tea/coffee and toast/cereal and a share library was a bonus. Definitely recommend.”
