“Grand Base Takamatsu is an apartment rental more than a hotel. Although it was not what we expected it was perfect for our stay in Takamatsu. It is very well located near the main shopping arcade, has a terrific soba restaurant across the street. It has an ok kitchen and be prepared to do some shopping for breakfast. Check-in is. little odd (no front desk - follow written instructions). When the written instructions did not work, we were able to get some help on line fairly easily. If...
