“Loved the hotel. Had a good view of the Mississippi. Loved the bar and restaurant. Was able to take drinks from bar to our room. I think you could order food and all to the room too, but didn't try that. Also was able to charge food and drinks to the room if you chose to. It was a one-stop hotel. “Nice place with nice views. Comfy bed. Everything works. The trains going by and blasting their horns makes for an early morning. A bizarre thing we discovered when we got here is that all the restaurants in the area are cash only. No credit cards. “Well maintained location with great staffing and service. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only opportunity was the sleeping accommodations. We had 2 adults and 3 children and the room had two queen beds. I was expecting a pull out sofa but instead the last bed was a vinyl pad placed atop the air conditioner by the window! I was disappointed at this arrangement and why I rated the room as 3/5 stars.”
