“The staff is very helpful. They have laundry which you can pay in credit card, it is very helpful and convenient. The room is spacious. The sound insulation in the room is not good though, you can hear the noise from upper floor and outside, I need earplug to fall asleep.”

“The host of the ara palace was very helpful, and said many times if u need anything she would be there to help. Towels are small but functional, everything was what I expected. There is a washing machine but u must hang dry ur clothes, there is racks to us in your room. The location was good. If u want to spend 3 times as much to get closer to the ocean u can. “Check-in was quick and easy, and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. There was visible water damage in several areas, the chairs were heavily stained and appeared not to have been cleaned properly, and the room was quite dusty. “Staff was incredible! We made our check in at 2:30 instead of 3 and the front desk lady was very nice! The room was very comfortable and well lit, the beds were just a bit stiff for our liking, but we know as foreigners that this is common in korea so we were not disappointed by this!
