“I rarely would give a five star review, this property was so beautiful, beautiful welcoming, and extremely clean. My husband and I enjoyed breakfast every day with a beautiful view of the water & the staff were so friendly and accommodating for all of our needs. A+ for the luxurious towels and amenities. I hope our travels bring us back.”

“Great hotel. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff and there seemed to always be someone cleaning the lobby. The free breakfast had an excellent selection of hot and cold offerings (baked goods, make your own waffle, cereals, etc) and a different egg, meat and potato dish each day. The room was spacious and comfortable and had body wash, shampoo, moisturizer, which I appreciated because I forgot to pack my body wash! Nice indoor pool and small gym. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone...

“Maintenance: bathroom shower needs grouting, toilet seat needs tightening Pools: indoor closed for repair, no repairs evident during the 4 days we were there, outdoor pool was cold but usable on the hot days Evening staff excellent and very helpful, morning staff also helpful Breakfast: would have liked more variety for our extended stay”

“Worse hotel Iv ever stayed in . Broken ac ,dirty bathrooms ,outdated rooms ,bloody sheets ,3 room moves, a very unprofessional management team spend your money else where this place is a joke. I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better .”

“This was by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Floor was dirty, filled with bugs, lint, and dust. The entire area wreaked of weed. The bed couldn't have been more uncomfortable if it tried. The walls had marks/holes in them, it wasn't even decently painted. I was required to checkout early because I could not stand one more second of being in that room.”

“1st of all had too wait 2hrs for my room rest was at 3 room wasnt ready till 5:30. Went to take a shower the towels was spotted with brown color stains. Ask for another set of towels same thing. They need to invest in new linen. The microwave and refrigerator had leftover food in it. Told the 2 staff members nothing ever happened. Noone came to clean the microwave and refrigerator. Poor service poor staff. I will never ever go back Good luck”

“I had an amazing stay at Comfort Airport. The hotel was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff accommodated all of my needs, making my stay enjoyable from start to finish. I also appreciated how conveniently located the hotel was, with shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store all nearby. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.”

“The staff allowed us to drop our luggage off before check-in so we could go off to do other things and that was nice. The mattress was fairly comfortable and the air conditioning worked fine. Otherwise it was an unpleasant experience. The room was dark and dingy. The furnishings were worn out…the easy chair had stained fabric, the bed sheet had a hole in it, and the handle on the folding door to the bath was missing. The TV produced a message stating that the streaming contract was expired so...

“The property was very outdated and very unclean. We needed a place to stay for the night and it was the only place available last minute. It worked for what we needed but I would not necessarily recommend this place to anyone I care about. The room smelled like smoke though it was a non-smoking room. The air conditioner worked well. There was hot water, but it took a very long time to get warm.”

“We stayed at this hotel in June 2025, and apart from a really awful odor in our room, it was okay so we booked it again this year (for one night). This time, the room was not fully cleaned, had some serious maintenance issues, didn’t have enough bedding or towels for the 3 people for whom we booked the room, and, worst of all, had a broken A/C causing the temperature in the room to be 80 degrees! “Bad customer service and no hospitality”

“Room was not clean. Door and walls were dirty, air conditioning vent was very dirty. Phone in room did not work. TV did not work but they replaced that. Seems there was a lack of help to maintain the rooms”

“Loved the location. Bearing able to walk to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast wasn’t much and the staff in there wasn’t as good as the rest of the hotel. The hotel overall just needs some updates and upkeep. Starting to look run down, but so was the visitor center.”
