“This is a very basic stay. Room was relatively clean; however, there was no hot or warm water - staff never told us upon check-in even though we found out a pipe burst a few days prior and it hadn't been repaired. Curtains didn't open or close, air system was difficult to adjust, and the walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything outside your door. Prior to booking or staying, I recommend asking when the room was previously stayed in and whether there are any issues.”

“Staff was helpful during check-in and check-out, the hallway inside Building B smelled like cigarette smoke but the room itself was clean and didn't smell. Stay was pleasant enough and ticked my boxes for a clean place to sleep with a clean shower”

“Everything was really nice but we seemed to have a mild fruit fly problem in our room. The staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast was substancial and good; not just packaged food. There was hot eggs, sausage and two types of diy waffles as well as fruit options. My young nephews enjoyed the pool. And the 10pm pool closing allowed them to burn some energy before bedtime.”

“The room we were initially placed in was filthy and smelled like an ashtray. The only good thing about the hotel was staff was helpful and assigned us a new room. The new room was acceptable only because we were only sleeping there and not spending anytime at the hotel. This hotel seemed like a transient hotel. This hotel was subpar, dirty and has seen better days…twenty years ago!”

“No breakfast as advertised online.The same people hang out, grill, drink and are extremely loud outside almost every night. I saw more roaches then I needed to. Had to switch rooms because first one smelled and had a bad leak. I'll stop there. Just not a good experience for me and my daughter who is only 3.”

“This property was awful. There was blood on bedding when we got there and this property person makes you put a deposit in CASH. Don't stay here The guy is crooked and is looking to steal you money. As well he is super rude once you call him out. Also there are people screaming all night. Had to leave for the airport at 3 am and they were still going.”

“We came in late evening, the front desk was dirty and sticky. The hotel had tried to charge me 3 days before when I was tipsy at the property. There was loud music playing in a room on the 1st floor at 11 pm. There were dirty socks and underwear thrown in the shelf of the tv stand. Open used soap on the counter in the bathroom. Went to have breakfast, there was the waffle maker, a few baby muffins no orange juice and when standing by the coffee the trash can that appeared empty but with only...
