“Rooms were clean. Showers hot. Nice to stay for 2 days. Quiet. Rooms need updating. ”

And I wasn't even sure that I was at the right property upon pulling into the parking lot so I drove around the back and it looked like Armageddon… So unkempt… Debris everywhere apparently they are redoing the rooms but to leave the back of the building looking like that is unacceptable. “Very nice quiet place to stay Enjoyed our stay”

“This property is very out dated. It is need of upgrades. But if you a looking for a cheap stay and convenience then perhaps this can work. Please note that the breakfast is not worth mentioning. It's a pack of outmeal and teabags. Not even bagels, donuts or anything like that. A few pieces of fruit. There was some muffins but when I tried eating it was so stale and dry I almost choked.”

“We drove 6.5 hours and paid for the room days in advance. Once, we arrived and checked in we were informed they had given my room away. I asked if he had a king and he stated he did but when given the keys, I was booked into a room with 2 double beds. I went to use the fridge and didn't realize it wasn't plugged in and when I had to move the shelf it was in to plug it in, I found 2 dead mice.”

“The staff was great and accommodating while in town for a Hampton University event. The service will be the reason for my return. Breakfast is steady, waffles are good, sausage may need to consider another supplier, not very flavorful, and lastly, bed was great, but it's time to upgrade the pillows, room was clean as always, again it is the service that keeps me coming back ”

“Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front....

“My main complaint is one staff woman there in particular. I didn't get her name but she's an older African American woman with terrible manorism, was very rude and disrespectful, got tempered and unprofessional. I've never experienced first hand such rudeness in your face before. I think she's ready for retirement because she seems angry and bothered.”

“This has to be the best value in the area and one of the nicest options. The room was spotless and thoughtfully designed. Bed and pillows comfy, big TV with lots of channels, working fridge and microwave. Shower pressure was ok (OK is a high standard to meet in hotels), but most important the tub and shower was newer/clean. The Dove soap products were great. The lobby is comfy, breakfast was good, and the staff was super nice. They had fresh coffee machines in the lobby and a snack/convenience...
