Hotel a Youngs Point

“We only stayed one night, but the location was convenient. Tara at the reception desk was cheerful, friendly and efficient; the room was clean, although the carpet could do with a cleaning. The bedding and towels were crisp and clean. The beds were a little soft for us, but were otherwise comfortable and the pillows were very comfortable. The complementary breakfast was also tasty and adequate for our needs. Overall a good impression of this hotel.”

“The place is a little run down looking but the staff were terrific and friendly, the room clean and had everything i needed. it was quiet and safe. I would not hesitate to stay here again when traveling thru Peterborough”

“Westwind is located in beautiful natural environment in the woods and by the water. Sport equipments is available such as boats, bicycles and the modest version of the golf range. Gardens are beautifully arranged and the native canadian plants such as trillium were blooming. Looking forward to enjoy this quite place again.”

“My overnight stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Check in was quick and friendly. My room was spacious (King bed) with some kitchen amenities (cutlery, but no plates/bowls) which was OK, given I was able to improvise. Coffee maker, toaster, microwave and bar fridge were quite handy in use. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was continental style with bagels, wraps, cereal and fresh fruit offered in a room under construction, but a wonderful way to start the day. Staff were friendly. I...

“It was a very nice apartment. It had everything that would be needed to make your stay very comfortable. Margaret that runs the apartments was very nice and very helpful. I highly recommend staying here ”
