“Had a blast and the room was very big and super spacious”

“The entire staff was very helpful. We arrived a little early and the hotel was able to accommodate us with an early check-in”

“The first night out TV did not work. We went to the front desk to let the clerk know that I will television didn't work she tried her best to come in the room and make it work but the maintenance man did not come until 1: 00p.m the Saturday.”

“The room was nice, eighth floor deluxe king, but it had concrete ceilings and floors. Kind of different but all the fixtures and lighting was nice and it was a very large TV. The coffee shop in the lobby needs some work... the worker was so slow and just one of those "don't care" attitudes. When you look on the website for dining, there is Shucks, a pizza place, and Vintage Wine, but they are all 3 the same place. They just give you a different menu! Very strange but the pizza was really good!...

“Decent Breakfast options consisted of bagels, biscuits, waffle maker, eggs, sausage, white gravy, grits, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee.”

“Property was very clean. The staff was very nice. The only complaint if I had one is that the vending machines were all empty.”

“The rooms were clean , but my daughters has paint missing as if someone fell into the walls room and bathroom. Washer was broken, and some very sketchy people . Some lady was screaming at her 3 yr old as a grown adult with fowl language. After her trying to start a fight with me I complained about it to the front desk and he wanted to move me and my grandkids after we were unpacked from a long day at blue bayou. Just all around a very uncomfortable stay.”

“This place was so relaxing and peaceful. The Myrtles was quite beautiful and we really enjoyed the quiet and atmosphere. The restaurant and coffee shop on the premises was excellent. We did not want to leave, it was wonderful.”

“There were a lot of children there during my stay and it was very chaotic in the pool/hot tub area, so we were not able to enjoy ourselves. This was also true for the dining area during breakfast and dinner. I did ask a staff member who I could talk to about enforcing the hot tub rules about not having children under 5 use it. And she stated, "As long as the parent are there, they can be in the hot tub". This was very unsafe. Also, a lot of water on the floors from the children running in and...
