“Hotel ben curato, posizione perfetta, SPA e piscina molto curata. Assolutamente raccomandato. Il luogo è ideale per rilassarsi, a due passi dall’ingresso del parco delle acque termali, ma è anche un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le bellezze della regione, quale ad esempio VARDIZIA”

“Very disappointing restaurant service:
- staff do not speak English at all, do not speak even Russian in Georgian restaurant 6th floor
- completely unfriendly service
- low quality of Georgian food did not expect
- 3rd time in the hotel, the lam is in the menu and never available
- staff have not idea about wine and qualification of wines
Sad story, dear management. Especially, for such a wonderful hotel, as you have.
Hope that one day, you will explain to your staff one important thing:...
“A lovely and comfy hotel, great restaurant downstairs. Better than the “luxury” Crowne Plaza from across the road, where nothing is working. Will definitely consider staying here again if I am back in Borjomi!”
“The location is amazing, too many activities near the apartment. Best place to stay with family.
However,
1. The hotel has to be renovated urgently.
2. Furniture is old,
3. Towels are mostly torn
4. Bath amenities with the lowest quality
5. SPA doesn't have slippers and enough towels.

“This is a very simple hotel on a large very noisy road. The people who work there (we had contact with 4 or 5 people at different times in less than one day) are accommodating but do nothing if not asked, and you have to find them first.

Negative: Everything else...
