“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The dining area had roaches crawling around, which was completely unacceptable and disgusting. The pool was ice cold with no heat working at all, making it unusable. The room itself was in terrible condition — broken drawers, ripped curtains, and it looked poorly maintained overall. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke even though the hotel advertises itself as non-smoking. To make matters worse, the so-called “free breakfast” was basically...

“The air was cold. Room was pretty clean, except microwave. Very dirty. Bed dipped down on right side a lot. It needed updated furniture that was broken but not a bug in sight!! For the rate it did the job!! Bathroom very clean.”

“On the Expedia site it said connecting rooms were available, after several calls and messages we were finally assured we would get a connecting room because we had children but the rooms were not connected, it was a lie, when I asked to be switched to the promised connecting rooms they told use they don't have any. On the Expedia website it advertises a buffet breakfast, that is a second lie. It is actually a VERY bare "continental breakfast with sub par coffee, stale toast and muffins, cereal...

“The front desk smelled of weed. The 3 ladies at the front desk said that they don’t have the hot tubs and that property stop along time ago of having them. The elevator was out of service and I have issues walking. Horrible horrific experience ever.”

“The lady at the counter at 2am was wonderful! We had a problem with our room and she upgraded us to a suite to accommodate our stay. I think the cleanliness could be better. There were piles of trash by the steps through out the weekend. Other than that it was a good stay.”

“The hotel halls STUNK every time we came in and out of our room. Luckily it didn't come in the room... but it was terrible. The bed frames were an absolute joke. It rocked and wiggled and slid even when my 2 and 5 year olds would roll over in their sleep. By the end of the 2 days the beds were no where near where they had started when we checked in. There were only 2 sets of towels in our room for 4 people. The grout needs to be redone in the bathroom. Just not what I expected for a hotel...

You open your front door and you are outside looking onto well-groomed grounds (and it is all beautifully green this time of year!).
