“The lady that checked me in Friday was very courteous and paid particilar attention to he detals of the check-in process and conveing information abou theroom and amenities ... I love the remodeled rooms,, ne flooring, bedding and full size frig ,... great job”

“It was ok for the price if you’re not looking for an updated stay. Ok for work trip but wouldn’t take my family to stay here. It just seems old and outdated. The beds need replaced due to sagging in the middle.”

“Stayed here previously without issues. This time was different. First room had an awful smell. Staff did change our room. Second room also had a very odd smell (like maple syrup) but was not disgusting like the first. When showering, we noticed mold on ceiling (took pics). Breakfast next morning was luke-warm to cold. “There is nothing good to say about this property. There were prostitutes in the parking lot; loud noises throughout hall; there were cobwebs in the corners of the room; the sheets were stained and the mattress was horrible; and there were police showing up at 5 am with sirens & lights shining in my room. They were there for the room above me. Absolutely no rest all night.”

“The quality inn & suites in Lufkin Texas is poorly managed and not properly cleaned up to the standards of a good hotel. I stayed recently on may 18th 2026 and found ticks in the room by the shower and when brought up they tried to just kill it and not do anything about it..watch where you book..sometimes cheaper isn’t better.”
