“I was pleasantly surprised as to the cleanliness of the hotel room and the hotel as a whole on the downside I guess the only thing I would say is it's really kind of basic you got a bed, a TV, small desk and a chair there's no hair dryer or iron in the room I would only imagine you could've called the front desk and have gotten one which I did not”

“The room was exceptionally clean-not too busy at all since it is lower/mid priced. There were absolutely no bugs, housekeeping came around daily, and I could tell the floors were clean, bathroom was stocked, as it ahould be, but many others in this price range fall short. The only thing I would make better is the shower head pressure, and the shower itself has not been updated/could use some love, but not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again!”

“The rooms weren’t all the way up to par, however compared to other places I scene online. That was cheap for the amount of days it wasn’t bad, it definitely needs work. They need to make sure they keep the rooms cleaned and inspected before the next guest arrives. Plus making sure everything is washed thoroughly too many stains stains on sheets and towels.The current owners are upgrading the building and are open to constructive feedback. I have hope that the new owners will make this a five...

“We really had a great visit in Mount Dora. The Heirloom Inn was quaint. It was located conveniently to everything downtown. The car stayed parked on premises until it was time to leave. When we arrived at approximately 3:00pm there was someone from housekeeping there that was very nice. She made sure everything was good. Overall great stay! ”

“You get what you pay for! Don’t come to a two star expected a five star experience. If you’re looking at the experience for what it is.. be honest it was a five star stay. Everything in the room worked like it was supposed to.. two queen size beds. Appropriate lighting.. plenty of countertop space or refrigerator that keeps things cold at the freezer works.. The tub is deep enough to take a bath..🛁 you get towels. Add tissue. THE POOL IS OPEN. located close to uptown mall. And the grounds are...
