Dear guest,as mentioned upon check out and several email contacts after your stay, we feel sorry you are dissapointed with your stay. We are a nightlife hotel in the buzzing heart of Zermatt with bars and clubs in house and around the hotel. Unfortunately you decided to not accept our solution to move you to a different room away from the street. Off course, you can't compare our Hotel with a 5 star hotel away from the main street, but we think this is a definately a better fit for you.Kind regards

Dear guest,we thank you for taking the time to write us your feedback. We apologize for the inconveniences you have experienced during your stay. We were facing a sewerage problem that was out of our hands. We wish you would have talked with us during your stay. We off course never meant to give the impression that it was not a big deal, but unfortunately this problem was out of our control. The building is extremely well isolated as we deal with very cold temperatures. So yes, opening a window is a very common and good solution to cool down the room.
