“望海酒店入住時印象差，證件看得在看翻了再翻不知道看什麼？終於看滿意了，還給我們了，又再要回去用他的手機拍。 這個酒店我給10分，除了入住的時候不滿意，concierge 的幾位年輕人主動提供的服務很重要，房屋的清潔也做得非常極好，這個在中國是少有的給5星，樓下的餐廳也很棒，晚餐的時候點心師傅出來打招呼特別推薦我們中午飲茶，這個是非常非常棒的酒店，下次還會選擇他入住”

“Both the buffet dinner and breakfast have lots of varieties for selection and there was no queuing up required, as the food stations were scattered evenly around the restaurant, so we considered this was a good planning.
