The desk told me to park across the street in a gravel lot. When I did, I realized it belonged to the automotive chain and not to the hotel. “Very friendly staff and most importantly, a clean place to sleep after a long day of traveling. Breakfast was delicious. ”

“Great place to stay especially with kids! Right off the interstate, places to eat and shop near by. We did stay when there were larger groups staying there so it made it tricky to find a place to sit for happy hour or swim in the evenings. Overall, we were pleased with everything! ”

“My first issue was that they started construction work at 8 AM and woke both My Wife and myself up. When I went to speak to a general manager about it, there was not one to be found. The person at the front desk, just like everyone else under 30 these days, was completely clueless and unhelpful. Customer Service was absolutely horrible. “Breakfast was great! Really enjoyed my stay ”

“I had a great stay at this hotel overall. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, and the highlight was definitely the room. It was very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made the stay especially comfortable. My only disappointment was the included continental breakfast. When we arrived, there was still at least an hour left before breakfast ended, but the coffee carafe was empty and the food options were very limited. The presentation of the breakfast area also felt like an afterthought.She ”

“Clean room! Only thing I can share is the blanket on the bed is thin, not like a comforter. Although it didn’t bother me I know others may prefer to be prepared with their own blanket. It was a nice stay! ”

“We booked on Expedia and at arrival, the staff at the front desk was high and would not check us in. He stated that the system resets ever night and there was no reservation. We were told we could call the company number and book another room. I was charged through Expedia and am now not being given a refund because the hotel won’t answer. Expedia also attempted to call that night several times and they wouldn’t answer. But I am not given a refund which is unacceptable. ”
