“The views are amazing, you forget you are close to the city. The service was great. Ver friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious and the Valentine’s dinner performance by the saxophonist was amazing. The rooms might need to be upgraded soon. Towels were a bit hard. But we then upgraded to the executive suites and that side everything was great”

“I really wanted to love this property because it was close to a wedding we were attending, and the room itself was spacious and had a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. When we arrived, we were told that somehow the booking had been made through Expedia, but they didn’t know how it was allowed, and we were made to feel like our reservation was extremely inconvenient. We were told they “had to upgrade” us, but the “upgraded” room was the exact room in the...
