“I want to recognize the exceptional service we received during our recent wedding weekend stay. Gilbert (General Manager) worked with me for several weeks to secure first-floor accessible rooms for my 83-year-old mother, and everything was honored exactly as promised. Tracy and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Their professionalism and genuine care made a stressful family weekend much smoother. Highly recommend this hotel and this team.”

“Everything was great; but definitely needs a full body mirror. The only mirror is in the rest room and when needing to do make up, hair; etc it just doesn’t work when you have 2 adults and 2 children trying to get ready. Full length mirror please!!! ”

“Easily accessed from the highway, easy check in, friendly staff. Our handicap accessible room was larger than any we have stayed in, and provided enough room for s wheelchair to move freely. Loved the decor, upbeat and welcoming. Loved the entire concept.”

“This is a unique property hidden in an area of North West Houston. Clearly an event venue that is also a BnB. I did not eat at the restaurant and just had an overnight stay but the staff was lovely and the room was clean. The only hiccup was upon returning to the venue at 11:30pm all gates were closed and I had to call the website number to have security open the gate for me. I had been told two gates would be open but none were. I was glad the staff answered because it is not a traditional...

“This property is not business friendly. The wi-fi band is too weak to run the TV's better yet your lap top. The walls and floors are so thin the tenant under our room was complaining about my 2 year old daughter walking across the floor. This whole place sucks for the money they charge per room.”
