“the apartment we had was on the 2nd floor WITHOUT A LIFT. Bringing our heavy luggages for 5 flights of stairs was really hard. Our apartment had the living room with the WC on the ground floor and the night area on a mezzanine floor. The stairs leading to the mezzanine floor was very tight and steep. For me that kind of accomodation is completely unacceptable above all if you consider the price which is quite expensive. I informed the concierge and they gave me a stupid reply. Since that...

“The property has a very nice sea view. The kitchen is clean and tidy. I have difficulty using the stovetop and the host came to show me how to do it. The check in process is a bit confusing. The host has sent me the Google map location of the property. However, I didn’t know which floor my apartment is located when I arrived and had to contact the host. Overall speaking, I am happy with my stay there and will definitely recommend it to my friends.”
