“Beware if you book thru Expedia they will house you in an off location miles away from the resort so use of amenities is nearly impossible and the room we were provided either had fleas or bed bugs…we only stayed 7 hours and had to leave for a different hotel as they would only offer to upgrade for a substantial charge!”

“Bathroom door in the room looked like a dog had been chewing on it, booked efficiency room it had a mini fridge and no sink, late letting us check in then the room was still not ready, no sheets were placed on the beds had to go request sheets. I’ve stayed here multiple times in past this time was not great. Made the best of it and enjoyed my vacation”
