Zanzibar: Vacanze di lusso

I stayed at Konokono Beach for 7 wonderful nights and it truly exceeded all my expectations. This hotel is a hidden gem, beautifully immersed in nature with the local monkeys often wandering around the lush grounds, adding a special wild touch to the experience. The room was enormous and exceptionally well-equipped with every comfort you could need. What made it truly outstanding was the private outdoor garden, our own small private pool, and the stunning direct beach view. It felt like a private paradise. The staff were fantastic — friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any request. A special thank you to Beatrice, Maria, and Mohammed, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The beach in front of the hotel is one of the most peaceful on the west coast of Zanzibar. Comfortable loungers are provided free of charge, and the calm, relaxed atmosphere is perfect for unwinding completely. Every evening the dinner was accompanied by fantastic live music and shows featuring traditional Masai performances, local dances, and vibrant Zanzibari rhythms. It created a magical atmosphere every single night. I highly recommend Konokono Beach to anyone looking for a tranquil, authentic, and luxurious Zanzibar experience. We will definitely be back! We had a lovely stay at the Baraza Resort. Although the beach, villa and food were top notch, it is the staff that deserve six stars! The entire staff are so wonderful and cater to your every need. This was the perfect stop after 8 days of Safari before our long journey home. I can’t recommend the hotel more highly. We also enjoyed the spa which was fabulous.

Sono stata con mia figlia 18enne al Pawani beach resort dal 21 al 28/7/15 e ci siamo trovate benissimo: il posto è molto curato, il personale gentilissimo, si mangia bene e ogni sera c'è un piccolo spettacolo di gruppi locali. Uniche italiane in mezzo ai nordici, per lo più tedeschi, abbiamo stretto amicizia soprattutto con i zanzibarini e i giovani Masai sulla spiaggia, con cui abbiamo chiacchierato a lungo (in inglese, anche se qualcuno parla un po' di italiano) e abbiamo fatto una gita con gli EddyMurphyGroup (con la maglietta gialla) a "nuotare con i delfini" e al parco Jozani ( a vedere i colobi rossi- molto bello) e, unico appunto, la gita ai delfini non è adatta ai bambini o a chi non sa nuotare molto bene, perché siamo stati portati fuori dalla barriera corallina tra grandi onde oceaniche e tuffarsi è stato impossibile. Consigliato anche il giro al piccolo villaggio accanto all'hotel, pieni di bambini a caccia di caramelle (non datele però direttamente a loro ma alle mamme)...

Il nostro soggiorno presso il Meliá Zanzibar è stato assolutamente magnifico. La struttura è meravigliosa, tenuta molto bene, pulita e curata, immersa nel verde. La camera, seppur avessi prenotato una camera base, era enorme con tutti i comfort. Si mangia benissimo, abbiamo provato sia lo Spices, che il Jetti e il ristorante a Gabi Beach. Il personale, tutto, è super cortese è disponibile. Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Ali del Guest experience che ha fatto un lavoro fantastico per organizzarci le tante escursioni che desideravamo. La spiaggia è bellissima, si sta immersi nella natura. Ho apprezzato molto il fatto di sfruttare le piante per l’ombra (più che sufficienti) invece di piantare ombrelloni e i lettini si potevano spostare da una parte all’altra a piacimento, senza essere costretti in un punto specifico della spiaggia come è di solito. È stato un soggiorno superlativo, da 10 e lode, quando tornerò a Zanzibar non avrò assolutamente dubbi su cosa scegliere!

Un autentico paradiso, poche ville immerse nella jungla, molte con vista diretta sul mare e servite da un personale fantastico e una ristorazione eccellente. Qui il mare non è meraviglioso, ma la magnificenza del sito cancella questo minus: la privacy assoluta e il silenzio interrotto solo dai rumori della jungla rrendono questo resort incomparabile per chi cerca relax e bellezza lontano dalle piu note spiagge invase dal turismo di massa, sulla carta migliori ma di fatto invivibili.

I had an incredible experience at the Zawadi Hotel during my first visit to Zanzibar. My boyfriend had stayed at the hotel many times before, and he couldn't have made a better choice. From the very beginning, I experienced paradise; the view was heavenly, and the food tasted incredible, with natural ingredients and tropical flavors. All of the staff were professional and welcoming. Evelyn took care of every detail for the guests. Ali, Raza, and Hidaya were always kind and greeted us with fabulous smiles. Abdul showed us around the farm and took care of the kayak trip. They provided a wonderful experience. The staff made us feel welcome and at home with positive energy, which made all the difference. I leave with a grateful heart and recharged with positive energy.
