In this 3-hour class that takes place in the chef's own Parisian apartment, you'll select 2-3 flavours with the other participants, roll up your sleeves, and get to work. Meet a local French chef in a private Parisian apartment in the heart of the city, where you'll discover the secrets behind making these esteemed, colourful French delights, made of two moist meringue shells sandwiched together by a creamy filling. This small-group experience is limited to eight people, so you'll learn how to make these special treats with personalised attention from your host. In case of delay of more than 20 minutes, access to the class will be refused and no refund will be granted.
